DIY-The Ultimate Luxury Milk Bath

Hello My Beautiful Friends!!
Everyone has a chef in themselves. The final product turns out great or..Let’s say it is best not to comment. Similarly, we all have an artist/creative mind in us. Be it painting, sketching, playing instruments or in today’s case a DIY enthusiast!
I have been a DIY face masque person since as long as I can remember. Curiosity and bit of wisdom led me to trying out making bath and beauty products at home. However, I am not as patient as I should be, that’s why I rarely make soaps and infused hair oils.
But I am always excited about bath salts, luxury bath concoctions, bath bombs and per say, everything that does not take very long to put together.
Today’s recipe is very close to my heart and I call it the ULTIMATE LUXURY BATH. Whenever I had a slumber party with my girl friends, they would sniff around in the bathroom and try to figure out what smelled so good.
Here, I am going to share my recipe with you guys. It provides exfoliating, uplifting, moisturising, de stressing and softening properties. I hope you like it as much as I do.

Morrocan Luxury Milk Bath

1 Cup Of Whole Milk Powder
1/2 Cup Of Epsom Salt
1/8 Cup Of Baking Soda
1/4 Cup Of Dried Rose Petals
8-9 Cardamoms
10-12 Drops Of Rose and 4-5 Drops Of Orange Essential Oils

How To:
Crack open the cardamoms and separate the seeds. Add edible dried rose petals to the cardamoms. In a large dry bowl, add 1 cup of milk powder, 1/2 cup of epsom salt and 1/8 cup of baking soda.

Mix together and make sure to break all (if any) lumps. Add the essential oils to the dry mixture and combine everything well. (Adjust the amount of essential oils as per your choice).

In a blender add the cardamom seeds with the skin and dried rose petals.Grind until you end up with fine powder. Separate if few strips of cardamom skin are left.

Add the rose petal and cardamom powder to the milk mixture in the bowl.

This milk bath could be an amazing gift to your BFF and Mom or used as a romantic way to wind up the day with your partner in a hot water tub.

  1. Yea!! I have come across rose bath salts, scrubs and even soaps but very rarely do I see people bother to consider using milk powder as a significant ingredient as it is exfoliating, brightening, softening and you feel the results every time. I have been making small batches of these for years and now my friends keep asking for different varities . I think I should go ahead and experiment😊.. Thank you so much for commenting and liking my post!! ❤️❤️ Let me know your thoughts when you try it out..xx✨

    1. I am sure you will love Milk Baths once you try them out!! The combination of milk with epsom salts and baking soda added to hot water provides a gentler way of exfoliation with muscle relaxing properties.. I love this particular one during winters..xx❤️
