Collective Haul (SkinCare and Makeup)

Hello My Beautiful People!!
For the last few days, I have been purchasing some products that were on my wish list for very long. Today’s post is actually a collective haul as all the items are bought from individual stores or by online shopping.
This is my first ever haul, so please bear with me if I am not perfect about my descriptions. Shall we begin?? I think, YASS!!

First one is from MAC Cosmetics;

MAC Cosmetics Mineralize Eyeshadow *4 in A Medley Of Mauves 46USD/36GBP  /3500INR

I do not know if it is an embarrassing fact or rather a brave confession that I do not own a lot of MAC products. In fact, this quad is my first ever eyeshadow purchase from the brand. I have been wanting to buy one for so long since I swatched, used some from my friend’s collection and absolutely love the finish that MAC eyeshadows give.

The company describes this product as;
A carefully selected four coordinated colours that are baked for 24 hours in round terracotta tiles instead of traditional metal pans. According to MAC, this process allows for a smooth, sheer and light application. These eyeshadows also contain mineral enriched yeast extract that has a total of 77 minerals to nourish the skin while enabling silky smooth coverage that is easily buildable. Can be applied with a dry or wet brush. Check this eyeshadow quad with other available shades here >>here<<
These eyeshadows are dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested and safe for those who wear contact lenses. Features a non comedogenic formula. A Medley Of Mauves is dominantly purple toned eyeshadows that have one cool pink, a light purple with silver shimmer, deep purple with violet shimmer and dark brown with coppery bronze shimmer.

I apologise for using it once before to team the colours with an outfit for a wedding. In a very short but precise illustration, I agree with every word that MAC has used to define and explain this eyeshadow quad. Some reviews were negative that specified the pigmentation not being as intense as the colours look in the pan. But, MAC has mentioned these shadows to be sheer when used dry and intense when applied with a wet brush. So, you will not a get a deep, dark vampy look.

MAC Cosmetics MATTE Lipstick in Mehr 17USD/13GBP/1500INR

I purchased this shade to go with the eyeshadows mentioned above. It is described as a dirty blue pink which it is and being more of a cool toned one, I was skeptical if it would make me look washed out or good even without makeup. The makeup artist at the store suggested it would work for me and assured it looks great on all undertones for fair to medium skin. So, I believed her since this shade has been out of stock many times previously. I did swatch it once and it looked great. It has a mauve tone to it and is not very blue so it can be a good choice for those who like cool toned lipsticks but find most shades unappealing on their skin tone. Although, it is matte, it has a cream finish to it. As of now, fingers crossed and will update you guys about it. Check out this lipstick with other Matte shades >>here<<

CLARINS Light Instant Lip Comfort Oil 03 Red Berry 0.23OZ 25USD/20GBP/1700INR

I have been always adding this to my next luxury shopping list and kept on unchecking it in the last moment for soo many reasons. I finally took the plunge and I can not wait to try it out. This is actually a lip moisturising and conditioning product in an oil form but with the consistency of a gel. It has various plant oils such as jojoba and hazelnut. I bought the red shade which is the probably the newest and brightest one among the three shades available as of now. This lip oil has a very sheer colour payoff so you can use it as a top coat for your matte lipstick as well. Read more about this product  >>here<<

KAMA AYURVEDA Floral Mist Box 150ML (50ML EACH) 10USD/8GBP/695INR

Kama Ayurveda is an Indian brand with its roots in Ayurveda, so all of its products and ingredients used have some origin from the ancient rituals and remedies used for thousands of years throughout India. The ingredients used in every product are sustainably sourced and are internationally certified. All the products are 100% natural and free of parabens, phthalates, petrochemicals, artificial colour and fragrances. For more details you can check out their website >>here<<
I have recently been acquainted to this brand and loving it so far and the best part is it has free international shipping above 100USD.
I bought this gift box so I can carry the small sized face mists in my bag. I have previously talked about how my skin could not adjust with the active ingredients in many hydrating waters. This box contains three types of hydrosols which are floral waters. Kama Ayurveda uses 100% distilled waters and these smell divine. There is Rose Water, Mogra (Jasmine) Water and Lavender Water. There is no other ingredient added so these facials mists will not cause any skin irritation or sensitisation.

So, here we come to an end of my first ever haul blog post. If you liked it, then please like and comment. If you have any suggestions, then do not hesitate.Thank you so much for reading!! I will be seeing you all very soon..
Take Care & GOOD LUCK..xoxo😊✨

  1. Nice post 🙂 I would give you an advice: for product picture, you should do them on a neutral background. Like that you will keep the focus on the product.
    Kisses :*

  2. Lip oil is the latest trend that is so popular than ever before and I do agree clarins brings out the best of all. Mac mehr is one of the best selling lipstick and so, one can’t go wrong with it and the good part is, it is not season oriented and so, you could use it all throughout the year. Then, Mac quad palette looks amazing and name specifies the quality and so, bang on with the pigmentation, I guess

    1. I truly agree, Clarins has some of the best beauty products out there..I did put on the MAC lipstick after writing this post and it did look great even without any makeup on..I am in love with the eyeshadows😍😍 I would like to buy another one very soon😬 xx..Love reading your comments..I truly enjoy our conversations Sangeetha💕

    1. Yes it does!! And, I felt skeptical to spend so much on an eyeshadow but trying it out at the MAC store did give me great results. Plus, it did not irritate my eyes which many eyeshadows cause..So, It is a win win😊 Thank you so much for reading and commenting💕
